A Black Monday

Wat can I say??? Morning came to work juz to find out that the Internet was down. Initially thot maybe the router or modem needed a reboot or wat...Half an hr later....Internet still not up. Bobian needed to call the technical support liao...and this guy told me Singtel had terminated our Internet service..! WTF man!! Who the hell gave them the green light to terminate?? After some investigations, then found out tat there was an admin lapse sia...KNN lah..they thot we are terminating which in fact we wanted to run the new and old network parallel...CCB...went to cut my line!...Spent the whole morning calling here and there...and waiting here and there. So many pple wanna to know wat happened, why Internet down etc? I duno repeated the damn bloody story for how many times liao...CCB sia...made my blood boiled..

At 5:30pm, still unable to resolve the problem. Singtel technician will be coming down to do a test..then suddenly I found out tat how come the Cisco Recall courier today nvr came down to collect/deliver my backup tapes sia...CCB man...went to call their operation centre, told me tat the van broke down...waulau...y so suay one??? broke down oso nvr inform me that they will be late, expect met to sit at the desk wait for them iszzit? LJ liao...they quickly apologised and asked the driver to come down quickly since he was at the Republic Poly...

At 6:30pm, Singtel guy finally came down. He did a test, modem couldnt ping out. Called the backend side, then duno where tat bloody fellow went to..couldn't find him. Another round of waiting game again...

At 8:30pm, finally could ping the gateway. CCB, but duno y changed to my modem couldn't ping liao. Nvrmind, went to change another modem juz in case modem spoilt. Still no gd news...nvrmind, went to directly connect the notebook to the modem, still the bloody same "Request timed out" message!!

At 9pm, called up the technical support and screw them wat the fark was happening....

At 9:30pm, still unable to resolve it. Tml needed to ask the engineer to come down take a look...

At 9:45pm..took a cab home...

At 11:40...writing this blog to vent my anger....hehe
