I finally tendered

Today was a day when I finally handed in my resignation letter. Told my immediate supervisor last Friday that I'm leaving soon. My boss was a bit shocked and wanted me to stay, he offered me another job scope. However I know that in this company, I'm unable to climb up. Soon, my Finance manager also know about my departure, she too wanted me to stay and help. Suddenly my mind was very confused. Should I or should I not?? Really dilemma! It's a difficult situation but a decision has to be made and I decided to leave. Initially wanna use my remaining leaves to offset that one month notice but decided to stay till end of Feb to help up the work. I passed my work to another colleague but somehow he seem a bit blur what he should do. Hopefully he can manage it while I'm away cos I dun want him to call me...hahahahha. But I think 90% they sure call me cos most of the things I did it myself. Hope my new company will be a good start for me!
