Sick Sick Sick

Sick again...lately my health has been deteriorate. Duno is it my new job has been giving me great stress, or is it me that I wanted to excel myself. This feeling has been going on for the last 2 weeks. I couldn't sleep or eat well and my weight has dropped. I went to a basic health screening organised by my organisation. Th blood pressure reading showed it's high. I feel so helpless in this kind of situation where I have no control in it.

Today woke up terribly sick. But I have to attend a seminar as I need to gather information for my project. Inside the room, I was shivering and feeling weak. The only thing in my mind, I wanna go home. In the end, I couldn't stand it. I called up my supervisor to tell him I having fever and wouldn't be attending the meeting in the afternoon. Felt so paiseh sia, first group meeting already couldn't attend. I was suppose to give a small presentation to my Director, duno what he will think about me...haiz...Resting @ home hoping next week will be a better week for me...
