I'm going to get my new pay soon!!! When my boss told me he was very satisfied with my work, he decided to increase my pay(and my work!damn), so he asked me which range was comfortable with me. As a conservative person, I didn't really increase alot. In the end, he told me a pay that I was totally unexpected, it's more than I'm expecting. So with the increased load and more leadership in the team, I guess I will need to work harder for my future!
