Why does the HDB took so long to ask us to sign the lease agreement??? Till now still haven't receive any letter yet. Was surfing HDB website the other day when I found out that there will be plans to develop Yishun into a more vibrant town... Got really excited since I will be moving there in another 3-4 years time and this development definitely will impact us. Looks like we didn't choose the wrong BTO project. Even though the our new flat is not very near MRT, but the frequency of the feeder bus is regular so it actually doesn't bothers me.
